This is a slow, guided visioning experience I created for people who want to begin the year gently — without pressure, urgency, or the feeling that they need to “figure everything out.”
Instead of goal-setting or traditional vision boarding, we’ll move through a quiet, embodied process that brings attention back into the body first. I’ll guide you through moments of breath, sensation, and pause, then invite you to choose images slowly, based on what you feel drawn toward, not what you think they’re supposed to mean.
The vision board is not the point. Orientation, warmth, and inner listening come first.
This space is intimate, unhurried, and held with care. You don’t need clarity, confidence, or a plan, just a willingness to arrive as you are.
