Kink as Healing: Structure, Consent, and the Nervous System is a guided exploration of how consensual power dynamics can create safety, meaning, and embodied aliveness. Rather than treating kink as shock or spectacle, this workshop approaches it as a relational language that uses structure, intention, and clear consent to shape how we experience connection, trust, and desire.
Blending sex education, nervous system awareness, and intuitive, embodied inquiry, this space invites participants to consider kink as a practice of care and attunement, not something to fix or analyze, but something to listen to. Together, we’ll explore how negotiated power, ritual, and containment can support presence and regulation, both within erotic contexts and in the way we move through our lives.
