Join us this October
in the Ozarks!
5-8 Spots Available
What if your erotic life isn't something to fix or improve… but something to study?
Join me for an intimate weekend in the Ozarks designed to explore the erotic as a path to deeper self-understanding.
Together we'll use the erotic as a lens for exploring the ways we relate to desire, pleasure, intimacy, uncertainty, grief, joy, and change… and what those experiences reveal about the lives we're creating.

Friday | Arrive & Settle In
Arrive at the lake house Friday afternoon and take time to settle into your room, explore the property, and ease into the weekend. We'll gather for a nourishing welcome dinner before opening our retreat with introductions, intention-setting, and our first conversation together. The evening will end with plenty of time to connect, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy the porch, or simply rest.
Saturday | Explore & Expand
Saturday is the heart of the retreat. Throughout the day we'll move between guided workshops, reflective exercises, group discussions, journaling, and experiential practices centered around the erotic as a path to self-understanding. There will also be intentional periods of free time to rest, spend time in nature, enjoy the lake, or process what is coming up. We'll close the day with dinner, an evening ritual, and fireside conversation.
Sunday | Integrate & Return
We'll begin our final morning with breakfast and a closing circle before packing up and checking out of the house. From there, we'll make our way to nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park, where we'll spend time walking, reflecting, and enjoying the beauty of the Ozarks together. We'll conclude the retreat with one final shared lunch before saying our goodbyes and returning home.
Rather than ending abruptly at checkout, we'll intentionally close the weekend by carrying what we've explored into nature and sharing one last meal together before returning to our everyday lives.
